I combine years of experience as a professional MMA fighter and head coach with functional training, strength, and technique workouts to help you reach your goals - whether it’s competition, improving fitness, or learning self-defense.
As a former pro in Mixed Martial Arts, who has competed in international leagues like KSW and now serves as Head Coach at WCA Fight Team, I know how to make training effective, safe, and motivating.
